Getting active
Exercise is good in so many ways. It can help us feel better. Exercise has been linked with increased happy chemicals in our brain. This can give you a buzz and help you to feel good about yourself. It can also make you feel good if you've been planning to do it for ages.
You will get more confidence and feel good for having done something. In the long term you can get fit or lose weight. You can get stronger or learn a new skill. You can also make friends especially if you join a class.
Stress also affects your body. Your body and mind are linked. To deal with stress it is good to look at both. Healthy body: healthy mind.
