What is mental health?
Mental health isn't something we have or don't have. We all have it. It can be good or bad - sometimes we feel on top of things, sometimes we drag ourselves through the day. The big issue is whether it helps or hinders your life. All of us feel uptight, stressed out; all of us get down in the mouth. This is not a big deal - its all part and parcel of life. But think of blood pressure - just like mental health, we all have it but if it gets too high, we need to do something about it. It's the same with mental health. So the next step is to look at when mental health becomes a problem.
